Which device should I buy first?

Helmet if thinning or shedding is the main worry. Wand if you want scalp stimulation plus facial use. Massager if you want something simple and daily to start with. How often do I use each device?

RedLight Helmet: 20 minutes, 3 times a week. HF Wand: 2 to 3 times a week, 3 to 5 minutes per zone. Pulse Pro Massager: daily, 5 to 10 minutes. Serum Stamp: once or twice a week. You don't need all four, and each one works on its own.

When will I see results with the RedLight Helmet?

Less shedding around 4 to 6 weeks if you're doing three sessions a week. Visible thickness usually needs 3 to 4 months. Hair grows slowly, and anyone promising overnight results is selling something else.

Who should not use these devices?

Don't use any Crownmate device if you are pregnant. If you have any skin or scalp condition, such as eczema, psoriasis, an infection, a wound or irritation, check with a dermatologist first. The HF Wand is not for people with a pacemaker, metal implants or epilepsy. For the RedLight Helmet, ask your doctor first if you have epilepsy, are sensitive to light, or take medicine that makes your skin sensitive to light. Never use any device on broken or irritated skin, and none of them are for children. When in doubt, ask your doctor.
