At CrownMate, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Cancellation & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders and requesting refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Timeline

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@crownmate.in or call us on WhatsApp at +91 9099948630.

1.2 Cancellation Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID.
  2. We will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.
  3. If approved, the cancellation will be processed, and a full refund will be initiated.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation: Within 12 hours of order placement and before dispatch.
  • Non-Delivery: If your package fails to arrive within the estimated delivery timeline.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product (proof required).
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If we deliver an incorrect item.
  • Payment Issues: If payment was debited but order was not placed successfully.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders that have been used or damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch has been initiated.
  • Items returned with missing accessories or original packaging (unless damaged by us).
  • Orders placed using fraudulent payment methods.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that refunds are processed automatically and no further action is required from your end once approval is granted.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof of damage or incorrect item.
  2. Provide your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will verify your claim and offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  4. If a replacement is approved, we will dispatch a new item at no additional cost.

2.5 Return Process for Approved Refunds

For approved refunds (excluding payment issues), you may be required to return the item to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect on our part. We will provide return instructions and a return address via email once your refund is approved.

3. No-Return, No-Exchange Policy

CrownMate operates on an All Sales Final basis. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different product or size. This policy applies to all products except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery as mentioned in Section 2.2 above.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not issued. All refunds are processed for the full order amount paid (excluding any cash-on-delivery collection fees or additional charges that may have been incurred).

5. Non-Delivery Claims

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeline:

  1. Check the tracking status on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
  2. Contact us at support@crownmate.in with your order ID and tracking number.
  3. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 48 hours.
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or if there was an unauthorized payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days.

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item or verify the cancellation/non-delivery claim.

8. International Orders

For international orders, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that currency conversion fees and any customs duties paid are non-refundable. International refund processing may take 10-14 business days.

9. Policy Changes

CrownMate reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
