All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
No Return or Exchange Policy
All purchases made on crownmate.in are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed and dispatched. We encourage all customers to review the product details, specifications, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact our support team at support@crownmate.in within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the original packaging
We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement for verified damage or incorrect delivery. No cash refunds will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@crownmate.in with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
