6. Sales Policy

All sales on crownmate.in are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. Replacements are offered at our sole discretion for verified cases.
